It been such a long time since my last blog. I remember I talk about my handmade bag I made for my mum and dad. So, today i want to blog about the handmade bag that my bag carry with her to attend Sunday Church.







I will add another photo of my parents posing for me with the handbag and string bag I made for them ages.

To my all lovely friends,

I am really grateful for everyone who there for me and supporting my blog. I have mention before about my new idea which i really want my lovely reader to know and further supporting me on this will be super grateful.

Since coming back from UK to KL, I wasn't sure what career path I'm heading and just happen that i determine to do something while I'm still finding a full-time job. I was thinking somewhere what i can do that is unique or i haven't seen anyone doing it. So, my mind think and i realized i can put my service to save and keep the children artwork into a wearable T-Shirt.

My mom sewing using the Singer Machine

Hi ! To all my beautiful people,

I am very grateful for those who coming back to read my blog. I never feel so blessed and thankful that i have regular net friend who patiently read my blog.

I managed to take photo of my mom using the Singer Machine to alter her pants. I haven't really play with it as i need to find some fabric and think of something i want to make.

I'm still waiting for my Brother sewing and embroidery machine to arrived in Malaysia. Finger crossed that everything goes well and my machine is in good condition.

I will keep everyone update on my sewing pillows in Malaysia and also my new product.

Anyway, I wish everyone a pleasant week and many blessing from our wonderful, merciful GOD. AMEN.

My new life in Malaysia & Singer sewing Machine

Hi! to all my blog friends,


I wanna say i arrived KL safely. I have started my new career. I still remember me sharing my mom old Singer sewing machine.


Thank you so much for supporting me. I have decide to continue making pillow in Malaysia so will do a new blog and will link here pretty soon. 

I dont know the date of the singer machine was built.

I have put on weight recently,i guess i miss Malaysia food overly much. I do want to avoid the sun as i still prefer fair skin. I can say i  look forward for my sewing machine to be ship to KL and teach my mom the easy way of using electric sewing machine.

New Born Baby for a close friend

Newly Born Baby Pillow - It's a BOY!

This is the finished pillow that would be a great gift for new mum. My friend doesn't remember the weight of the baby but still a beautiful gift for a beautiful aunt!

What better gift than having your baby name embroider on a pillow that can keep forever!Not forget age gracefully!

Something to share -10 March 2012

I call my parents today on skype where they lived in a small town just outside KL, Malaysia. My parents doesn't have a computer so they can't see my blog and my picture. I'm super excited that l'm visiting them this year and telling them how important internet have been in our daily life. I did webcam with them when they visiting my sister so they did see my handmade pillow and they are happy and supporting.

I feel so much better after talking to them. I was feeling defeated maybe because i want mentally support and after talking to my mum i feel i can achieve anything i want if i work hard and not giving up.

I always forget to ask my mum how she learn sewing every time i phoned her. Today, i remember and ask her and i found out that she also self-taught and brought herself a sewing machine just like me. I can't express how great feeling i feel inside. Those day they don't have alot of sewing classes in the 1950's and it not cheap. My mum have very little education as she came from a poor family so to learn in English is definitely impossible. So, my thought is she learn sewing with others friends and apply for a factory job in her early 20s.

I'm going to take lots of picture of my mum, her Singer paddling sewing machine ( i don't know what model) and also the tote bag & string pouch i made for both of them as i sent it via Air Mail. I haven't seen them nearly 3.5 years since 2008. Also, the Hello Kitty sling bag i made for my niece, i want to give her and i haven't seen her since her birth in 2010.

My finger pillows 2012 displayed on this fabric calendar 

Happy to see my 'Finger Pillow' date 2012 is hang up on My Calendar. I guess the teacher lost the original 2012 (finger pillow). 

This fabric made My Calendar is really pretty and i don't know where she buy it but i do want to made something like this in future cut down paper and plastic material.

My little tiny pillow (I called it 'finger pillow' so it easier to know the size)for a school teacher!

Isn't this a cute little finger pillow? She need it to teach the children about date, I can't say 'No'. Actually I'm learning at the same time since it is my first time making tiny pillow. Loving sewing!

 Just make this simple yet dynamic logo  pillow for a company i have work (as cleaner) for 5 years now! Time really really flies!!

Finish sewing the seam allowance inside out. Now need to sew the top to cover all the fray loose string fall out from the fabric.
